“Rotary District 1070 which covers Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, West Cambridgeshire and South Lincolnshire celebrated its 100 anniversary this year. To mark the occasion we held a Centenary Raffle which offered 100 prizes each of which was worth at least £100. We approached Red Letter Days to see if they would sponsor us in some small way as the money we raised was going towards our “End Polio Now” campaign which is being run in conjunction with the World Health Organisation and the Gates Foundation and we wanted to maximise our donation towards that cause.
When I initially raised the subject with their representative, Maria Mallaci-Boccio, I was more than pleasantly surprised at the positive manner in which she took our request for help on board. She presented us with a number of options, each of which was very generous, and when we decided which was the best fit, she assisted us through the ordering, customization and billing processes so that we got the tailor-made packages we had opted for in the shortest practicable timescale. Her approach was professional and friendly, she made a potentially difficult process straightforward.
I am extremely grateful to Red Letter Days for their support and willingness to assist, as someone who regularly fundraises for community causes, it is gratifying to note that there are still some companies that will go the extra mile to help those in need. I shall have no hesitation using Red Letter Days again and would recommend them as a proactive organisation that puts Customer Service at the top of its priorities.”
